Passover 2009

This Passover, we invited my dad to come and celebrate with us. It was his first Passover without my mother, so I decided to make a few of her favorite dishes. We are not deeply religious, but wanted to keep some of the customs alive. I found a Sedar I liked online and then modified it so it would fit our family.

A little dark, but here's the set table before the Sedar

Jessica played Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star after taking piano lessons for a week

My dad looked for (and found) a place to hide the Afikomen.

And then gave the kids rides after they found and ate the Afikomen.

It was a nice time and we plan to do this each year.
