This past November, I decided to see an herbalist. I had been doing a project for work and was very intrigued by herbal medicine. It was very interesting. The herbalist met with me for 90 minutes and then gave me a formula suited to my health goals.
One goal of mine was to get into better physical shape. I got something in the formula for athletic endurance and felt better after exercising. It didn't take long before I was adding all sorts of new stuff to my workouts - Zumba dance, tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern dance, weights, and then some oldies like Pilates and Yoga. With the increased energy, I feel great.
Jessica recently signed up to do Yoga with me. And, we kept active in the winter with skating and swimming. Of course, Henry got Wii for Hanukah and does tons of sports. He has better endurance than anyone in the family.
It's so awesome to have this extra energy. I love climbing, bouncing, jumping, etc. with my kids all day long.
